At The Wellspring Group, we won't overpromise and underdeliver. From the start, we provide personal, detailed communication about what to expect throughout the search and placement process. By providing personal communication and every details upfront.

To ensure we provide right-fit contractors and consultants efficiently and effectively, we adhere to the following service process:

Step 1: Your account team
For each client, we create a dedicated account management team. Your team will consist of an Account Manager who will be your point person and will work closely with you on the search. Your team will also include a backup Account Manager and a team of dedicated senior recruiters.

Step 2: Profiling top performers
Your Account Manager will meet with you to define the required and desired skills for your opening. He/she will also take the time to meet your team, and discover what skills and personality traits your top performers share so that we can uncover IT professionals that will excel in your unique environment.

Step 3: Screening and initial interview
Every potential candidate is interviewed by both your senior recruitment team and your Account Manager. That group then meets to discuss the candidate's skills and match with your position.

Step 4: Technical interview and testing
Candidates that score highly in the initial screening are then qualified through online exams and technical interviews to confirm their true IT skills.

Step 5: Reference checks
Once the top candidates are selected, at least three business references are required and followed-up with. Additional background and drug testing is conducted per client request.

Step 6: Detailed candidate profile
To make the final hiring decision as simple as possible, we provide you with a detailed profile of the top 3 candidates. This profile outlines the candidate's background (both education and work experience), communication rating, rate/salary requirements, location, citizenship and work status, and availability.

Additionally, the candidates are fully briefed on the position and compensation levels to ensure negotiations are completed as efficiently as possible.
