How soon can I start working?
We receive new assignments from our clients every day. Once you've completed our application, you will be considered based on your preferences and your skills and will be offered appropriate positions.

Once a position is accepted, what's the next step?
As soon as you accept a position, we will forward a package that includes all the needed paperwork for you to review and sign. This package will offer detailed information about the position, your requirements, compensation, schedule, etc. Once you've reviewed this information, you can simply send the signed paperwork back to our offices in the pre-paid envelope. Our staff will then follow up with you to answer any questions.

What if I am not interested in a certain position when it is offered, is it all right to turn it down?
Not every assignment is going to meet the exact expectations you have. If you are not interested in a position, you are free to decline. We will continue to offer positions to you based on your skills and preferences.

What if I am on an assignment and decide it is not for me?
We realize that not every job is a perfect fit for you, sometimes you do not know that until you have tried the position. If you are on an assignment and find it is not going to work for you, we ask that you contact us immediately. You may be asked to stay at an assignment long enough for us to find a replacement, but we will attempt to remedy the situation as quickly as possible. As with any interaction, communication is the key. We expect open communication from our field employees and they can expect the same from The Wellspring Group.

What do I pay for your services?
Our services are provided at no fee to contractors. As a contractor, you will not pay for any of the employment services The Wellspring Group provides.

How can I stay informed about open positions?
We will contact you directly when a position matching your skills and interests is available. You can also visit our Search Jobs page to review a list of our most recent opportunities.
